Jamtraxx Solutions is now a PR 3 Site

January 20th, 2011 0 Comments

Jamtraxx Solutions website I was checking for some information about the website earlier and stumbled upon a tool where it gave me the site traffic(I have awstats abd yeah.. I know). Browsing through the results though, I was shocked to see we are now a PR3 site (insert happy face and fireworks here). I know it's not really hard to do but then again, getting a PR 3 site is awesome on a commercial site.

Of course, I did not really trust the result that much yet. Considering, that the rebuilt site is relatively new. But when I check another tool and said it had PR3 as well, now that's just got to be a fact.

Never the less, I don't understand how it happened as we never really did a lot of link building per-se. In fact, there's only a few that we did apart from the people who have always supported our growth. Maybe by the end of the year, with all hopes, we may be on PR5? or, maybe I am dreaming too much and needs to stop now.

At any rate, we would like to thank all the people who have always been supporting of this start-up. It has been a tough year for us but never the less, the new data center is very much keeping our servers up 24/7 and we never had any downtime since December last year.

We have also sponsored hosting with AMA Computer Learning Center of Tacloban City. We have always believed in teaching others without getting any benefit. Needless to say, I have personally seen some people who maybe very great web developers in the future from that school.

I know this is pretty much a worthless blog post but yeah. I am so happy I just needed to post this. :D

Oh yeah, image below is from another tool saying we are PR3.

Optimize your site and save up to 80% bandwith

We have been asked a few times before on why some of our hostees have been having problems with bandwith consumption. There was actually a blog that had a few gigs of bandwith consumption and it was not even half way through the month. Bandwith costs money that's for sure. Most people hosted on sites not offering unlimited bandwith would tend to have problems down the road with their hosting provider. Some hosting provider sells a gig of extra bandwith for a wapping $3 per month. Now, if you calculate that to say 2 gigs extra bandwith a month, that's $30 per year.

Optimize your website and save bandwithThere's actually a quick fix for this that can save you a lot of bandwith. By a lot, I mean more than half. Our website saves up to 70% bandwith. Not only are you saving bandwith, your websites would load much faster when using it. Best of all, it's just 2 clicks away on your Cpanel. Most webmasters new to Cpanel tend to miss this very useful feature although the benefits are huge.

So your site is built and gets a few hundred visitors, but it still have yet to control any major keywords. You've tried everything you can think of. You tried writing about them, using SEO headlines, and even tried pimping the pages out to your friends and colleagues. Bloggers and website owners hit walls just like runners and dieters. The trick is to keep pushing yourself harder. This happened to even the most successful websites on the net today, but it didn't just happen after the first few hundred visitors. The same snag came at 2,000 and again at 10,000.
